	The first card, the significator, is placed in the center of the cross. This card represents the prime energy manifest in your life. King of Coins: The essence of earth behaving as air, such as a diamond: A true businessman, with a gift for identifying opportunities and taking advantage of them. A person well informed about the world, skilled in all things physical, and eager to encourage others. A pillar of practicality and dependability, embracing tried and tested methods, and possessing an innate understanding of the material reality. A philanthropist and devotee of both luxury and hard work, whose word is as good as gold.
	The second card, placed above the significator, represents Air. It describes your spirit, process of thought, and the influence of reason. Ace of Cups, when reversed: The seed of a destructive relationship or spiritual collapse. A missed opportunity for joy, contentment, fertility, or enlightenment. Failing to understand the emotional needs of those around you. May represent an unexpected message, a chance meeting, or the start of a friendship or romance.
	The third card, placed to the right of the significator, represents Fire. It describes your motivations, creative energies, and the influence of passion. Hope: Refusal to surrender to the inevitable. Unwavering courage in the face of overwhelming odds. The will to create a miracle if one is not forthcoming. An unprecedented turn of good fortune.
	The fourth card, placed below the significator, represents Water. It describes your emotions, meditations, and the influence of love. 	The fifth card, placed to the left of the significator represents Earth. It describes your physical presence, position in life, and the influence of the material world. A natural counselor and healer, One whose relaxed presence seems to embody deep love and spirituality. A tranquil poet who reflects the nature of the observer. 	At this point the cross is complete and the triangle is formed. The sixth card, placed on the bottom left of the triangle represents one of two opposing forces. Prudence: Carefully considering the circumstances. Avoiding an unnecessary or premature commitment. Developing a backup or contingency plan. Determining whether the solution is worse than the problem.
	The seventh card, placed on the bottom right of the triangle represents the force that opposes the bottom left card. These forces may be external, but they are frequently one's own inner archetypes in conflict. Five of Swords (Defeat), when reversed: Refusing to achieve success through personal degradation. Friendship maintained through the abandonment of a dishonorable gain. Slander and infamy avoided.
	The eighth card, the reconciler, is placed below the cross in the third vertex of the triangle. This is the force that will resolve the conflict between the bottom left and bottom right cards. By meditating on this force and bringing more of it into your life, you can bring the matter at hand to a swifter conclusion than would naturally occur. Fame, when reversed: Losing control of your identity. Being surrounded by sycophants and shallow admirers. A flood of false opportunities and people who see you as a vehicle for their own ambitions. Lack of privacy and time for yourself. Loneliness within the crowd of humanity.
	The ninth and final card, placed in the center bottom of the triangle, represents the final outcome unless you change course. The Sun: A time of contentment and freedom from restraints. Creative inspiration. Achievement, success, and warmth. Light and love in personal or business matters. Happiness and faithfulness in a relationship.
